This center addresses the problem of low vision, a term used to describe impaired vision problems that cannot be
corrected with surgery, medical treatment, standard glasses or contact
lenses.
Causes of Low Vision
Some of the more common conditions that cause low vision are:
macular degeneration
glaucoma
diabetic retinopathy
retinitis pigmentosa
neurological injuries from strokes
